Brighter futures for children is a good company to work for. Staff are all friendly and professional, making a positive impact on traumatized teens. The different this setting makes to young peoples lives is incredible. Very supportive company. Great work life balance. There is a high staff turn over at times however this is the nature of this role as can burn out easily if not minding own health.
